The Pioneer SA-9500 II is already a stunning amplifier, but I wanted to push its aesthetics even further. My goal was to create a 5mm thick aluminium cover that not only protected the unit but also enhanced its design. Inspired by the clean lines and precision engineering of high-end hi-fi equipment, with the help of Schaeffer AG Front Panel Designer I incorporated beveled grooves into the design, adding a refined, modern touch to the amplifier’s timeless look.

Although not widely discussed, the Saxo 50 has garnered praise for its ability to deliver detailed highs and robust lows, making them an excellent match for the Onkyo amplifier.

Additionally, they work exceptionally well as left and right speakers in a Dolby surround setup, enhancing the cinematic experience with their expansive soundstage.
